How To Order:

Our inventory is always changing and our website is a work in progress.
If you don't see what you are looking for, e-mail us with any questions -
we will respond as promptly as possible.

We regularly update our site so please check back for new items.
If you are purchasing a product from this site, please remember,
we accept US funds in the form of a Cashiers Check, Money Order and Personal Check.

When ordering, please read the item description carefully and include color, size and
style preference, if necessary, using a copy of our order form.
Please include your full name, billing and shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address.

NOTE: Orders received via e-mail will not be shipped
until payment arrives via snail mail as we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

We hope to fully automate this process soon but until then, this is a necessary step.
We will make every effort to acknowledge your order via e-mail within 48 hours of its receipt.
Orders received with payment are generally shipped within 14 days. An e-mail notification is
sent when the order is shipped providing the tracking number (if applicable) and ETA of order.

Privacy Policy/Statement:

At The Bridle Shoppe, your privacy is part of our highest concern.
We want you to know that the data we collect in order to serve our customers,
undergoes strict guidelines to insure your privacy. Our site may obtain contact information
(like your name, contact information and e-mail address).
We use this data to send you information about bridleshop.com and its products,
and/or to make contact when necessary.

The Bridle Shoppe will NEVER sell, rent, give or otherwise transfer our mailing list,
or make our mailing list available to any other person or company outside of bridleshop.com.

Security:

This site has minimal security measures in place to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
We use a non-automated order form to process your order via regular USPS mail.

Shipping/Handling Policy:

Shipping Limits: We currently ship anywhere in the continental United States and Canada.

Shipping times vary according to the availability of merchandise purchased.
Custom items made to your specifications are shipped as soon available.
All items are shipped as quickly as possible.

All standard size items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Mail or UPS Parcel;
large or fragile items are shipped via UPS. All shipping charges include insurance.
We can also arrange special shipping at an additional cost
(i.e: overnight, next day, two day, Express Mail, or FedEx).
Please E-Mail Shipping Fees to arrange your special shipping needs.

Upon shipping your order, we will send you an email with your ship date and tracking information.

You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply.
We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you.

Return Policy:

1. The Bridle Shoppe made a mistake?
OR
2. Order the wrong size?

We will exchange it. E-mail us within two days of receipt to verify the exchange
and to obtain a Return Authorization Number (See Instructions below)
Carefully repackage the Unused item in the original shipping materials and
return it to us. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs on exchanged items.
A 15% re-stocking fee may be charged based on condition of returned item(s) and
 is applied at our discretion.  If a restocking fee is applied it is subtracted from monies
owned you. This is why we ask that you take every precaution to be sure of your selection.

3. Damaged in Shipping?

We cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping.
However, all items are shipped to you with full value insurance.
You should promptly file all claims with the carrier.

Return policy:

To keep prices low, we try to keep returns to a minimum.
Therefore, please contact us via e-mail with any questions prior to ordering.
Please make your selections carefully.

Some items are not returnable:
Custom items are not returnable.
Used, abused, or incomplete items may not be returned.
Used items, when available, are not returnable.

All items are returnable for any manufacturing defect.

All returns must be pre-authorized. See Instructions below !

All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee; applied at our discretion.
 

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of the date on your sales slip
for exchange or refund, minus the cost of original shipping.
Merchandise must be returned in new, unused condition
with a copy of the sales slip,
all packaging and tags in place; and must be accompanied by the original packing slip.
After 15 days items may not be returned.
Shipping and handling charges on original order are non-refundable.
Shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise and exchanges is at your expense.

Return Authorization Number Instructions:

To receive an authorization number, simply send e-mail to sales@bridleshop.com
and request one for the order you wish to return. Include a brief description of the item(s)
to be returned and, most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

Upon Receipt of your e-mailed request, The Bridle Shoppe will then contact you
within 48 hours with a return authorization number.

Once you have received a return authorization number, place it on the outside of your box,
carefully repackage the item(s) in the original shipping materials and return the package to us
along with a copy of your invoice to:

For your protection, we suggest you pack your items carefully and send your returned items insured.

Please note: No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization number.
Unauthorized returns will be refused. All authorized product returns must be shipped prepaid.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Upon receiving your returned shipment, please allow up to 10 days for The Bridle Shoppe to process your request.


Shipping Charges:

Every effort is made to keep shipping and handling charges to a minimum.
All excessive weight items are charged additional shipping and handling fee
and they are shipped via UPS whenever possible.
At this time we welcome customers from the United States and Canada only.
